“ Staff was welcoming and place was right at the side of the road. It was difficult to find parking, but bikes can park in front of the store. Food was ok, pretty average. Portion sizes seemed a little small though, especially the beef roast. ”
“ "I had a mixed experience at Thaff. While the food is undoubtedly authentic, I found it to be a bit overpriced when compared to the actual taste and the overall dining environment. The Food: We tried the Chicken Biryani and the Fish Pollichathu. The flavors were good—the fish was fresh and the masala was well-balanced—but it didn't quite have that 'wow' factor to justify the premium price tag compared to other local gems in Alappuzha. The Porottas were the highlight, being perfectly flaky and soft. The Experience: The service was quite slow, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed even though it wasn't peak hour. We had to wait a while for basic things like water and the bill. Additionally, the atmosphere on the ground floor is quite hectic and could be cleaner. Verdict: If you are a tourist looking for a safe, well-known spot, Thaff is okay. But for the price you pay, you’d expect either slightly better portions or a more refined taste. It’s a decent 3.5/5, but there are other places nearby that offer similar quality for a much better price." ”
“ We got there to get the Food . but as due to Cylinder Shortage they were only cooked 5-6 Dishes only . Rest was Good the Food was Ok ok . And the most famous dishes of Thaff we didn't been able to taste due to internal management Problem ”
“ We ordered Alfaham chicken and chicken Chettinad with kerala Parota. All three of the items were pretty tasty especially Alfaham chicken , it was such a delicious thing to eat. Chicken Chettinad with Kerala Parota is such a wonderful combination. Just loved the taste of every bite. Definitely a place to recommend for nonveg lovers. ”
“ Thaff Hotel and Restaurant is a great place to enjoy tasty, satisfying food. The chicken biryani was flavorful and aromatic, and the fish polichattu was perfectly cooked with rich, authentic taste. The vegetarian dishes were also good — the paneer masala was delicious and well-balanced.Their veg and fish meals were fresh and filling. The staff were friendly and quick to serve, and the place had a warm, welcoming feel. It’s a good choice for both veg and non-veg food at fair prices, and I would happily recommend it to others. ”
